ComfortDelGro Australia (CDC) provides safe and reliable transport services to metro and regional communities across New South Wales, Victoria, the Northern Territory, Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia and South Australia. With every journey, we’re linking people to places and building communities.
Since 2005, CDC has grown steadily to be one of Australia’s largest bus operators, as well as the leading personal transport provider through its taxi and non-emergency patient transport businesses.
Today, CDC is the leading multi-modal service provider in Australia. We move millions of customers to where they want to go every year. We aim to deliver best-in-class transport for today and we’re committed to improving and innovating best-in-class transport for tomorrow. CDC also operates non-emergency patient transport services (National Patient Transport) in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.
We also operate taxi network services across Australia through Swan Taxis (Western Australia) and our newly acquired business, A2B Australia (Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and regional areas in New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia). The A2B business includes taxi services brands 13cabs and Silver Service, a leading taxi and booking dispatch platform MTI and the Cabcharge payment solution. Today, we employ more than 5,800 employees with a total fleet of over 11,500 vehicles nationally.
Our parent company ComfortDelGro, which is headquartered in Singapore, operates in 13 countries, including Australia, with a global network of over 54,000 vehicles and 382km of rail network in operation and under mobilisation.
