When producing promotional items or merchandise, it is important to allow enough clearspace around the logo. Avoid items where the reduced size of the logomark compromises the legibility. Always follow the logo specifications outlined in section 2.0 on page 10.

When selecting items, pick items that come in colours which visually match the primary colour palette (refer to page 19 for more information). Alternatively, keep it neutral so the logo can appear in CDC colours.

Preferred use of the logo is full colour or 2 colour, however this may not be available or cost effective for the selected item. Where the logo is printed 1 colour, it should be one of the two primary colours. When appearing on a coloured item, the logo should be printed in white.
